For Shared and VPS hosting plans, we offer a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund of your hosting fees.
2. Custom Development Projects
Custom development (Websites, Apps) payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as they pay for the time and expertise of our developers.
- Initial Deposit: Non-refundable after project kickoff.
- Milestone Payments: Non-refundable once the milestone is approved by you.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain Name Registrations (these are paid to the registry).
- SSL Certificates.
- Third-party license fees (e.g., cPanel, plugins).
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please open a support ticket or email billing@ssinternet.in. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
